Car Questions is operated by WEP Ventures LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean WEP Ventures LLC.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We may offer a newsletter (including via Substack) that you can subscribe to separately from your account. If hosted on Substack's platform, your use of that newsletter is also subject to Substack's own terms and privacy policy.

All content, branding, and materials on the Services (excluding products you purchase and are separately licensed) are owned by WEP Ventures LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product or app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described at the time of purchase — it does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property.
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments) and Supabase (authentication/database). Your use of the Services is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or downtime of third-party providers.
THE SERVICES AND ANY PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEP VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEP Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
[OPTIONAL — many small SaaS/app businesses add a mandatory arbitration + class-action-waiver clause here to limit litigation exposure. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
